3. Acceptance of agenda : Motion by Bona, second by Dougherty to accept the agenda.

6. Appointment of new director: Motion by Rand, second by Dougherty to extend an offer of employment to Judith Hinck for the position of Director. Motion carries with Sparks abstaining. The budgeted salary for the position is $55,000-$60,000.

7. Adjournment: Motion by Sparks, second by Rand to adjourn the meeting at 9:00 p.m.
