Note: All votes were unanimous unless otherwise stated. The meeting was followed by a closed session for the purpose of assessing Director performance.

6.1 The executive director job description was discussed. The description as presented by Lori Bona was adjusted. Other leadership models were discussed. It was agreed the job title would be changed from Executive Director to Director.

Bona moved to accept the job description as amended. Dougherty accepted. Motion passed unanimously.

13. Adjournment - meeting was adjourned at 9:35.
